Job Overview :

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Associate Dentist to join our exceptional dental office in West Kelowna BC. As an integral part of our team the Associate Dentist will provide high-quality oral health care services to our patients continuing the tradition of dental excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform dental examinations and diagnose oral diseases.
Create and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
Provide preventive care including cleanings fluoride treatments and oral health education.
Perform restorative procedures such as fillings crowns and bridges.
Manage emergency dental situations and provide necessary interventions.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
Communicate effectively with patients regarding treatment options and oral health maintenance.
Collaborate with dental assistants and hygienists to ensure optimal patient care.
Stay current with new dental techniques technologies and regulations.

Essential Qualifications :

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.

Valid license to practice dentistry in British Columbia.

Strong understanding of dental procedures and patient care principles.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

If licensed and certified by the NDEB must have2 years of clinical experience in Canada

Desired Experience :

Previous experience as a general dentist is preferred.

Experience in performing a variety of dental procedures.

Familiarity with dental software and electronic health records is an advantage.
