Randstad is currently seeking an Operations Supervisor for a Building Maintenance Company here in Winnipeg!
The Operations Supervisor will oversee day-to-day operations within our building maintenance department, ensuring that all services are delivered efficiently and effectively. This role involves coordinating maintenance staff, managing schedules, handling client relations, and maintaining quality control standards. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with a strong background in managing subcontractors, janitorial or hospitality operations, with a passion for delivering excellent service.
The ideal candidate will be flexible with availability (interaction with night crews may sometimes be required). Must hold a valid driver's license and be able to pass a criminal backcheck.
