About Our Client

Our client is hiring a Senior Operations Analyst to manage data, including setup, installation, data collection, monitoring, troubleshooting, and analysis. You will ensure accurate data transmission, billing, and regulatory compliance while leading meter data management projects and teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage Data Management projects
Guide project teams and analysts
Operate and maintain meter data systems
Ensure accurate data acquisition and validation
Troubleshoot and resolve data issues
Support Customer Service with interval data
Assist with meter registration and performance testing
Diagnose and resolve meter issues affecting billing
Collaborate on meter installations
Resolve data management problems
Maintain reports and documentation

Qualifications

3 - 5 years of experience in sub-metering or related fields

Degree or diploma in engineering, data science, or related field

Knowledge of Data Management systems and utility billing practices

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

Understanding of telecommunications and data communication protocols
