Everclean is a large successful Facility Services company, and we are currently hiring a Full-time Operations Supervisor in Vancouver, BC. We lead the industry by providing value-added cleaning solutions to our clients and we differentiate by taking care and empowering our people.

Additionally, Guardteck is a BC owned and operated security firm providing professional security services throughout Western Canada. Founded over 10 years ago on the values of hard work, loyal clients and a strong team, Guardteck continues to grow and exceed client expectations with a "Safety Through Customer Service Excellence" approach to security services.

Wage Range :

45,000 - $48,000 annually

Shift Details :

Monday - Friday, regular business hours. Periodic weekend or late evening shifts may be required based on operational needs. What We Offer :

Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Oversee and supervise daily cleaning tasks such as garbage removal, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and floor maintenance.
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality service by monitoring and managing staff performance.
  • Conduct routine inspections to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to standards.
  • Operate and monitor industrial cleaning equipment within the facility.
  • Provide administrative support, including timely and accurate reporting.
  • Assist in scheduling staff shifts and managing site operations to ensure full coverage and efficient operations.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company standards.
  • Qualifications & Requirements :

  • Experience : Minimum 1 year of commercial cleaning experience. Previous leadership experience is strongly preferred.
  • Licenses / Certifications : WHMIS certification is preferred.A valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean abstract is required.
  • Ability to work occasional weekends and evening shifts when necessary to meet operational demands.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and operate janitorial equipment.
  • Positive, customer service-oriented attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience in people management, scheduling, and quality control.
