Job descriptionDevelop and implement effective cash management strategies to optimize liquidity and minimize risk. Monitor and manage cash flows across various funding structures to ensure timely payments and compliance with regulatory requirements. Analyze liquidity positions across various funding structures to identify areas for improvement and opportunities to reduce risk. Provide visibility into short-term and long-term liquidity needs to inform strategic business decisions. Identify potential cash flow risks, such as timing mismatches or compliance issues, and implement mitigating strategies. Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to address operational and compliance challenges. Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to cash transfers, ensuring seamless treasury operations. Track liquidity positions and foreign currency and interest rate exposures, and implement policies and processes to manage these risks. Create and administer an insurance framework to control financial risks and ensure proper accounting. Ensure compliance with transaction documentation, regulatory requirements, and internal treasury policies. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to maintain the integrity of securitization structures. Support audits and regulatory reporting by maintaining accurate transaction records. Conduct regular reconciliations of cash positions and sweeping activities, identifying and resolving any discrepancies. Provide accurate reports on cash flows and balances to senior management. Maintain detailed records of all transactions for audit and regulatory purposes. Create policies and processes for corporate treasury, including accounting, internal controls, and ensure they are being adhered to. Identify opportunities to streamline treasury processes and automate cash management activities. Partner with banking institutions and technology teams to enhance treasury infrastructure. Implement best practices for efficient and scalable cash operations, including the use of technology (e.g., TMS, AI). Play a key role in evolving the company's funding strategy by supporting future rounds of securitization and debt financing. Collaborate with senior leadership to refine funding strategies and drive long-term financial stability and efficiency.
