Preliminary activities of cleaning verification Writing protocols and reports Preliminary cleaning verification activities Drafting of protocols and reports Operator training on cleaning procedures Surface sampling Supervision and execution of protocols in collaboration with the production team Perform all tasks related to process validation according to the schedule defined in collaboration with the Project Managers : Drafting of manufacturing and packaging process validation protocols and reports Supervision and execution of protocols in collaboration with the production team Ensure updates to procedures and methods following validations Ensure GMP compliance during validation activities and initiate change notices or CAPAs as required. Initiate and write investigations related to cleaning and process validation activities. Provide technical support to the operations group Any other tasks deemed relevant Bachelor's degree in Science (Chemistry, Biochemistry), or a related discipline, from a Canadian university or a degree recognized by a Canadian university or accreditation body as being of equivalent level in a scientific field. Minimum of five (5) years' experience in validation and / or processes in the pharmaceutical industry Knowledge of Canadian Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) (Health Canada) In-depth knowledge of validation strategies Problem-solving skills Team player Good organizational, interpersonal and presentation skills Initiative; excellent concentration; technical writing and analytical skills; good stress management skills Good communication skills Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook) Bilingual (French and English) Able to provide training and assist in the training of individuals, Flexible and able to adapt to production schedules. Le Spécialiste Validation de Procédés Pharmaceutique est responsable des activités reliées à la validation du nettoyage des équipements et des procédés de fabrication et conditionnement de la société.
Responsabilités :
- Effectuer toutes les tâches (non-analytique) reliées aux activités de validation de nettoyage :
- Activités préliminaires de vérification de nettoyage
- Rédaction des protocoles et rapports
- Formation des opérateurs sur les procédures de nettoyage
- Échantillonnages des surfaces
- Supervision et exécution des protocoles en collaboration avec l’équipe de production
- Effectuer toutes les tâches reliées aux activités de validation de procédé selon la cédule définie par les chargés de projets :
- Rédaction des protocoles et des rapports de validation de procédé de fabrication et du conditionnement
- Supervision et exécution des protocoles en collaboration avec l’équipe de production
- Assurer les mises à jour de procédures et méthodes suite aux validations
- S’assurer du suivi des BPF lors des activités de validation et initier des avis de changement ou CAPA au besoin.
- Initier et rédiger les investigations liées aux activités de validation de nettoyage et procédés
- Assurer un support technique au groupe des opérations
- Toutes autres tâches jugées pertinentes
