Job description
Seeking detail oriented and friendly medical office assistant. Part time 6-15 hours per week.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations in a medical office environment.
This role requires excellent multi tasking ability, communication skills, proficient secretarial duties, and experience with paper and electronic medical records. Responsibilities include : greeting patients, managing incoming calls, scheduling appointments, blood pressure and weight measurement, transcription and billing.
Requirements :
Previous experience as a receptionist in a medical office is preferred. Medical terminology is desirable.
