About the position
Casual Retail Sales Associates (RSA) are engaged members of the ANBL Retail team who use their customer-first mindset to excel in sales. They bring a strongpassion for the liquor industry and enjoy sharing their knowledge withcustomers to build arestrong team players and problem solvers, and act with initiative and goodjudgement to ensure products are sold responsibly.
A Casual RSA role offers the flexibilityto balance work, school, and family obligations, while providing growthopportunities within hoursare based on operational requirements to support the team, including days,evenings, and weekends, and there are no minimum guaranteed are known three weeks in advance,with the option to add additional shifts when available.
What will you be doing?
- Delivering an excellentcustomer service experience
- Educating customers onproducts and making suggestions to maximize sales
- Processing cash and point-of-sale transactions
- Maintaining up-to-dateknowledge on products and promotions
- Visual merchandising andstore organization
- Operating a forklift to loadand unload trucks in the store warehouse
- Routine office, clerical, and light cleaning tasks
