This role works in collaboration with members of our BC and National marketing and communications teams, to support the firm's strategic priorities.

Our ideal candidate is motivated by the diversity of work, functions well under pressure, and has capabilities with current digital platforms and technologies.

What you will do
  • Support Marketing Managers in implementing marketing tactics, campaigns, and programs aligned with the firm's business priorities
  • Support the planning and execution of both in-person and virtual events, including invitation development, event logistics, external vendor coordination, guest registration, and pre-and post-event reporting and follow-up
  • Coordinate the production of marketing materials, email, and social media campaigns, working closely with the in-house creative and digital marketing team
  • Support the production and management of digital content and social media campaigns
  • Assist in the activation of sponsorships including opportunity assessment, compliance review, contracting, and deployment of sponsorship benefits
  • Conduct research and gather information for presentations, fact sheets, and other marketing collateral
  • Maintain and update client information in the customer relationship management (CRM) database
  • Utilize CRM tools for client segmentation, client distribution, and targeted marketing efforts (lead generation)
  • Attend meetings with internal and external stakeholders. Capture and monitor action points and follow up on outstanding tasks
  • Process invoices, track expenses, and assist in maintaining marketing budgets
What you bring to the role
  • 1-3 years of marketing experience, including project coordination and tactical execution
  • Diploma or undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Experience in traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
  • Strong organizational skills with an exceptional attention to detail
  • Innovative thinker who questions the status quo and actively seeks ways to improve processes
  • Ability to work collaboratively and proactively in a fast-paced team environment
  • Capable of prioritizing tasks and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously
  • Team player mindset with the ability to react positively to changing priorities in support of broader team objectives
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly service-oriented with a client-centric attitude
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

KPMG BC Region Pay Range Information
T he expected base salary range for this position is $47,000 to $65,000 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant's base salary within this range is based on the individual's location, skills, & competencies, and unique qualifications. In addition, KPMG offers a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards program.
