Overview
Burkett Asset Management and Burkett & Co. are seeking a Marketing Associate to lead our internal marketing activities and act as the day-to-day counterpart to our external communications agency. In this role, you will help shape how our firms are seen and understood—by clients, prospects, and the broader market.
You will coordinate marketing campaigns, manage communications workflows, track lead generation and media coverage, and ensure consistent, high-quality messaging across channels. This is a role designed for someone who is highly organized, collaborative, and passionate about helping professional services firms communicate effectively and grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the internal liaison to our external marketing and PR agency
- Track sales leads, prospects, and marketing funnel performance
- Manage advertising relationships and campaign execution
- Maintain our social media calendar and coordinate approvals and publishing
- Monitor and compile media coverage and track key marketing metrics
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all internal and external channels
- Support the creation and management of marketing materials and client communications
- Collaborate with the leadership and client service teams to align marketing with firm goals
