Maintenir et mettre à jour la base de données clients afin d'optimiser le ciblage et la segmentation. Intégrer et mettre à jour les pages web, les pages produits et les collections sur Shopify. Superviser les campagnes promotionnelles, y compris l'intégration des produits et le merchandising des pages de collection. Créer et gérer des codes promotionnels et des remises dans Shopify. Redimensionner et gérer les images des produits pour répondre aux exigences du dropshipping. Créer et maintenir une documentation sur le dropshipping dans Shopify et Excel. Générer et analyser des rapports Shopify pour suivre les performances et identifier les domaines à améliorer. Fournir des informations et des recommandations basées sur l'analyse des données. Create and maintain dropshipping documentation in Shopify and Excel. Generate and analyze Shopify reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement. Provide insights and recommendations based on data-driven analysis. Ensure all e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Klaviyo, Zendesk, Yotpo, Loop, etc) are up-to-date and optimized for performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve online presence and customer experience. Act as a master user of all platforms to streamline customer interactions.
