Reporting to the Operations Manager the main duties are :

• Plan and manage trainers schedule and vacations.
• Plan and manage training schools development groups BPA (Bonus Performance Accelerator) mentors schools training for Gaming Presenters and Game Show Hosts and and managers on new games.
• Create and analyze monthly Academy KPIs.
• Plan and deploy strategies to achieve global targets (any event that focuses on accelerating results).
• Manage trainers performance provide training set goals monthly follow up meetings and assign projects.
• Maintain and communicate procedures alignment between Studios (be involved in all Jira tickets related to academy whether procedural changes or any other academy related topic where approval or feedback is needed).
• Create organize and update training material (example; handbooks and online training portal).
• Cooperate with HR / Talent Acquisition regarding quality of new hires and provide timely feedback.
• Observe and analyze newcomers theoretical test score prior to releasing them from academy (graduation).
• Plan and follow Academy budget.
• Collaborate with Technical Operations department by implementing additional training tables to address Studio growth / new games.
• Troubleshoot for Academy training tables in cooperation with other relevant departments.
• Monitor Uniform inventory when assigning uniforms for newcomers.
