This position reports to the Pharmacy Manager and is responsible for receiving, preparing, and delivering prescriptions accurately and timely. Ensuring adequate inventory levels to meet patients' needs, and counseling with appropriate documentation to all patients. Provide friendly, positive, and proactive interactions with all internal and external customers, as well as create awareness and educate customers through public relations.

What you'll do :

• Counsel patients regarding new and additional medications in a friendly, positive, and proactive manner.
• Create awareness and educate customers through public relations (public health days, clinics, etc.).
• Provide timely and positive resolutions to patients’ needs and doctors’ requests / issues.
• Provide medication extensions as required and OTC counseling.
• Prescribe for minor ailments and chronic disease management.
• Perform medication reconciliation, identify and resolve drug-related problems, support patient care goals, and perform follow-ups when needed.
