We are seeking an Account Representative to join our team and play a crucial role in achieving sales targets, driving business growth, and improving patient outcomes in the Montreal East territory.

Senior Oncology Sales Representativ e (Montreal East / South shore)

Territory : Montreal East / South shore

Responsibilities :

Develop and implement account business plans to achieve sales and business objectives within the designated territory.

Establish and nurture partnerships with key oncology customers, including those associated with teaching and community cancer centers, to drive product adoption and ensure optimal usage of the product in healthcare institutions.

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address healthcare gaps, ensuring accessibility to cancer genetic testing, and contribute to the design of care pathways.

Maintain expertise in relevant oncology areas, staying updated on cancer genetics and molecular testing landscape, and aligning strategies with brand priorities.

Foster a customer-focused approach, prioritizing the needs and satisfaction of customers while promoting our products.

Represent our company and partner in a complex business environment shaped by competitive activities, legislation, hospital practices, and technological developments.

Qualifications / Requirements :

University degree in healthcare management, business, or sciences.

Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in hospitals, with oncology and cancer genetic testing experience being an asset.

Ability to engage in complex patient and disease management discussions, establish networks, influence through these networks, and understand the provincial healthcare system and drug reimbursement environment.

Strategic thinking skills, cross-functional collaboration abilities, and proficiency in office technology and digital engagement.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French. Depending on the territory : English may be required or considered an asset.

Ability to travel occasionally (10%).

Responsabilités :

Développer et mettre en œuvre des plans d'affaires pour atteindre les objectifs de vente et d'affaires dans le territoire désigné.

Établir et entretenir des partenariats avec les principaux clients en oncologie, y compris ceux associés aux centres de cancérologie universitaires et communautaires, pour favoriser l'adoption des produits et garantir une utilisation optimale des produits dans les établissements de santé.

Collaborer avec les parties prenantes pour identifier et combler les lacunes en matière de soins de santé, garantir l'accessibilité aux tests génétiques du cancer et contribuer à la conception des parcours de soins.

Maintenir une expertise dans les domaines pertinents de l'oncologie, en restant à jour sur le paysage des tests génétiques et moléculaires du cancer, et en alignant les stratégies sur les priorités de la marque.

Favoriser une approche centrée sur le client, en donnant la priorité aux besoins et à la satisfaction des clients tout en promouvant nos produits.

Représenter notre entreprise et nos partenaires dans un environnement commercial complexe façonné par les activités concurrentielles, la législation, les pratiques hospitalières et les développements technologiques.

Qualifications / Exigences :

Diplôme universitaire en gestion des soins de santé, en commerce ou en sciences.

Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience en vente dans les hôpitaux, une expérience en oncologie et en tests génétiques du cancer étant un atout.

Capacité à s'engager dans des discussions complexes sur la gestion des patients et des maladies, à établir des réseaux, à influencer à travers ces réseaux et à comprendre le système de santé provincial et l'environnement de remboursement des médicaments.

Compétences en réflexion stratégique, capacités de collaboration interfonctionnelle et maîtrise des technologies de bureau et de l'engagement numérique.

Excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite en français. En fonction du territoire, l’anglais peut être requis ou être un atout.

Capacité à voyager occasionnellement (10%).
