THE COMPANY

Plum Gas Solutions (“Plum” or the “Company”) is a leading manufacturer of specialized, proprietary equipment serving the oil & gas and power generation industries across the U.S. and Canada. Headquartered in Calgary, AB, with design, engineering, and manufacturing operations in Drayton Valley, AB, Plum is at the forefront of innovative energy solutions.

Plum is recognized for its proprietary Pressure Regulation System (PRS) technology—also referred to as Decanter or Decompression equipment—which plays a critical role in energy distribution and optimization. In addition to manufacturing, Plum provides virtual pipeline services across North America, supporting key energy projects such as :

  • Pipeline injection of biogas, enhancing renewable energy integration.
  • Powering micro-grid turbine fleets, ensuring efficient and reliable energy delivery.
  • Commissioning and testing offshore drilling rigs, improving operational safety and performance.
  • Supporting electric and dual-fuel frac fleets, driving sustainability and efficiency in oilfield operations.

In December 2023, Plum was acquired by Simon Group Holdings (SGH), a U.S.-based family office founded in 1985 by Sam Simon. SGH’s diverse portfolio spans energy solutions, logistics, transportation, technology incubation, fuel supply, real estate, aerospace and defense, oil field services, private equity, and insurance. Backed by SGH’s expertise and resources, Plum is well-positioned for expansion and continued innovation in the energy sector.

As the company scales, Plum is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Operations to lead its growing field operations, ensuring service excellence, operational efficiency, and safety across its projects.
