Are you a technical finance professional with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for operational excellence? Join our Wealth National Office in Toronto as a Service Officer. We are seeking a highly motivated Service Officer to join our Wealth National Office in Toronto.
This is a critical back-office role designed for those who thrive in high volume environments. You will be part of a specialized team of 12, managing the complex lifecycle of corporate actions and ensuring the financial integrity of our US Custody books. You will be responsible for providing essential day-to-day operational support monitoring complex corporate action notifications, ensuring data integrity, and performing critical financial reconciliations.
This role requires a candidate who excels at working independently to meet tight deadlines while collaborating effectively.
