Notre équipe, experte en Supply Chain et Logistique, parle votre langage et évolue dans votre universUne entreprise manufacturière nord-américaine recherche un(e) spécialiste de la conformité douanière afin d'assurer la conformité de ses opérations commerciales transfrontalières. Ce rôle opérationnel et stratégique vise à garantir que toutes les activités d'importation et d'exportation respectent les réglementations en vigueur au Canada, aux États-Unis et au Mexique. Principales responsabilités : Veiller à la conformité des processus d'import / export avec les exigences des agences douanières nord-américaines. Examiner la documentation commerciale et douanière, incluant la classification tarifaire (HTS), l'origine des produits, l'évaluation douanière et la tenue des dossiers réglementaires. Développer et maintenir des procédures de conformité internes, notamment pour la gestion des certificats d'origine, des carnets ATA, TIB, et autres programmes douaniers. Collaborer avec les équipes internes (logistique, approvisionnement, ingénierie, finance, etc.) pour intégrer les exigences douanières dans les processus d'affaires. Offrir des formations et un soutien continu aux parties prenantes internes sur les normes réglementaires et les bonnes pratiques douanières. Réviser les nomenclatures et descriptions de produits pour assurer la précision des classifications tarifaires et la cohérence des données entre les systèmes. Vérifier l'exactitude des déclarations d'origine et des documents liés aux accords de libre-échange. Participer à la mise à jour des données produits dans l'ERP afin de refléter correctement le code tarifaire et l'origine pour chaque article. Assurer la conformité documentaire des certificats dans le cadre des accords commerciaux tels que l'ACEUM / USMCA / T-MEC.Le ou la candidat(e) idéal(e) possède un profil autonome, analytique et expérimenté(e), capable d'évoluer dans un environnement manufacturier dynamique, en s'assurant du respect des exigences réglementaires en matière de commerce international. Compétences et qualifications requises : Minimum 5 ans d'expérience approfondie en courtage en douane et conformité douanière au Canada, aux États-Unis et au Mexique. Bonne compréhension des principes clés du commerce international : classification tarifaire (HTS), évaluation des marchandises, contrôles à l'exportation, sanctions commerciales, programmes de préférence tarifaire. Expérience démontrée en gestion de la conformité douanière (import / export), idéalement en contexte manufacturier. Connaissance des nomenclatures produits et BOMs (Bill of Materials), permettant de soutenir la classification tarifaire et l'évaluation en douane. Bonne maîtrise des accords commerciaux nord-américains (CUSMA / USMCA / T-MEC), du certificat d'origine (COO), et des implications du Buy American Act (BAA). Capacité à interpréter des réglementations complexes, analyser les données commerciales et prendre des décisions éclairées. Grande rigueur dans la vérification documentaire, l'analyse des processus, et la gestion de la conformité réglementaire. Expérience avec la gestion du dédouanement FDA (États-Unis) pour des produits techniques ou industriels (ex. : dispositifs d'éclairage ou similaires). Compétences avérées en audit, résolution de problèmes, développement de processus de conformité, et gestion de projets. Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale, avec capacité à vulgariser les enjeux de conformité. Bilinguisme anglais / français considéré comme un atout. Certification CCS (Certified Customs Specialist) ou CTCS (Certified Trade Compliance Specialist) considérée comme un atout. Volonté de voyager selon les besoins du poste.
