We are seeking a driven and client-focused Relationship Manager to join our Diversified Industries team within Mid-Market Commercial Banking. In this role, you will build and manage a portfolio of mid-sized commercial clients across a broad range of industries, delivering tailored financial solutions that support growth, profitability, and long-term success. You will play a key role in deepening relationships, acquiring new clients, and ensuring strong credit quality while providing an exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and grow a diversified portfolio of commercial clients by delivering customized lending, cash management, and banking solutions.
- Drive new client acquisition through proactive outreach, networking, and industry engagement.
- Deepen existing relationships by identifying opportunities to broaden product penetration and enhance share-of-wallet.
- Maintain strong credit quality across the portfolio through effective risk assessment, sound underwriting, and adherence to governance standards.
- Execute a disciplined sales process, including robust pipeline management, performance tracking, and accountability for results.
- Collaborate with internal partners to deliver integrated solutions that support client needs and strengthen long-term relationships.
Facilitates growth for the Bank through business development and management of key client relationships. Maintains an outstanding and continuous record of significant revenue generation from sales and syndications.

Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group’s expected target for the first year in this position.
