Your role :
Supervise work according to set priorities and the company’s requirementsResolve any issue that may arise while ensuring customer satisfactionCarry out merchandising duties according to the Store Manager’s directionsSupervise the replenishment processManage promotional activities according to sales, company initiatives. Be aware of current trends and competitors to help develop effective marketing strategyAssist in recruiting staff for the department under your responsibilityDetermine work schedule while complying with the established labour budget and ensuring that customer needs are metCoach, encourage, and motivate teamsOther related tasks to ensure the store runs smoothly
What we're looking for :
5 years experience in personnel managementExperience managing a retail businessStrong leadership skills, resourceful and autonomousExcellent communication skills
