Situé à Laval, au cœur de la circonscription d’Alfred-Pellan, le bureau du député Angelo Iacono offre une gamme de service aux citoyens, accompagné d’une équipe qui offre divers services gouvernementaux fédéraux à la population. Iacono, le bureau de la circonscription d’Alfred Pellan offre un milieu de travail dynamique. L’adjoint(e) administratif(ive) collabore avec les membres de l’équipe afin de les soutenir dans leurs activités quotidiennes tout en veillant au bon déroulement des activités et des opérations du bureau de circonscription. Fournir divers services administratifs afin d’assurer le bon déroulement des activités et d’aider le bureau de circonscription à atteindre ses objectifs et à réaliser ses priorités. Rassembler, compiler et maintenir diverses bases de données d'information. Soutenir les membres de l’équipe dans la planification de l'agenda du député dans la circonscription. Participer aux projets spéciaux visant à accroître l’efficacité administrative du bureau. Bien que l’horaire soit flexible, dans le cadre de ses fonctions, le ou la titulaire du poste pourra être appelé(e) à voyager et, à l’occasion, à travailler de longues heures et certaines fins de semaine. Horaire : Temps plein (37,5 heures par semaine) Salaire : À discuter + programme d’avantages sociaux attrayant
