Job description
We are proactively connecting with versatile Office Managers for future opportunities within Toronto’s thriving business sectors. We view the Office Manager as the heartbeat of the organization—the operational lead who creates the infrastructure for success. This posting is for future opportunities; we want to meet the city’s top organizational experts before a specific vacancy arises.

Advantages
Early Access: View premier contract and permanent roles before they hit public boards.

Direct Advocacy: Benefit from our "direct line" to hiring managers in Toronto’s legal, and corporate sectors.

Market Intelligence: Gain real-time insights into 2026 salary benchmarks and workplace trends.

Strategic Branding: Receive expert coaching to align your profile with AI-driven recruitment and modern operational expectations.

Responsibilities
Operational Oversight: Streamlining day-to-day office functions, managing vendor relationships, and overseeing facility maintenance for North York or Downtown hubs.

Culture & Engagement: Leading internal committees, planning corporate events, and driving initiatives that foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Financial Coordination: Managing office budgets, processing invoices, and coordinating with accounting teams for payroll or expense reconciliation.

Health & Safety Leadership: Acting as the primary lead for JHSC requirements, ensuring office compliance with current Ontario health and safety regulations.

Project Management: Coordinating office moves, renovations, or the implementation of new digital resource management tools.

Qualifications
Experience: 3–10 years of experience in Office Management or Senior Administration, preferably in a fast-paced professional services environment.

Technical Proficiency: Mastery of Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace; experience with procurement software is a strong asset.

Financial Literacy: Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and budget management (QuickBooks experience preferred).

Leadership Grit: A proactive "solutions-first" attitude with the ability to manage competing priorities with minimal supervision.

Systems Mindset: Proven ability to create and document "bulletproof" office procedures and onboarding workflows.
