RTS Consulting Automation is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Administrator for a 10-month maternity leave contract. This role is a unique opportunity to support the growth of our company by ensuring the seamless execution of day-to‑day office operations. Responsibilities
- Oversee general office operations, active management, and staff support.
- Liaison with the external day‑to‑day accountant, year‑end accountant, and document exchange contacts within the Indian operations, while creating / optimizing the engagement protocol between the accountant and yourself.
- Coordinate with staff and customers to help process invoicing.
- Accounts Payables – deal with vendors.
- Accounts Receivables – collections as per ISO.
- Issue required documents to comply with customer payment terms.
