Job description

Antec Appraisal Group is a real estate appraisal firm working across the GTA and surrounding regions. We support lenders, developers, and public sector clients with property valuation and research.

We’re currently looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team.

The salary range is $50,000-$60,000 (and will depend on related experience).

This role is a good fit for someone early in their career who wants to learn, stay organized, and be part of a small, productive team. Experience is helpful, but not required — we’re willing to train the right person.

What You’ll Do:

  • Prepare and format reports, letters, and documents
  • Assist appraisers with research and data collection
  • Keep files and records organized and up to date
  • Track assignments and help manage deadlines
  • Coordinate schedules and property inspections
  • Respond to emails and client requests in a timely manner
  • Support general day-to-day office tasks

What Matters Most:

  • Strong attention to detail (accuracy is important in our work)
  • Willingness to learn and take feedback
  • Reliable and consistent — you follow through on tasks
  • Able to stay organized and handle multiple things at once
  • Comfortable using Word, Excel, and email

We’re looking for someone who takes responsibility for their work and looks for ways to improve how things are done, not just complete tasks.
