About the Opportunity :
We're looking for a highly motivated and energetic all-rounder to join our team as an Administrative and Financial Support Specialist. This is an excellent opportunity for a young professional who enjoys a variety of tasks, thrives in a dynamic environment, and is comfortable managing multiple projects while maintaining a strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be capable of handling both high-level tasks and detail-oriented work, such as financial tracking.
Tasks
- Financial tracking and reporting
- Liaison, relationship management, and outreach coordination
- Support with FSC certification processes
- Funding application preparation and tracking
- Process management and improvement
- Scheduling and calendar management
- Various other organizational office tasks as needed
