Identify and implement cutting-edge tools and methodologies to improve OT skillset and practice approach. Drive organizational change by leveraging data-driven insights to measure and influence positive outcomes. Strategic thinker with the ability to align operational goals with organizational strategy. Visionary leadership and a track record of inspiring high-performing teams. Expertise in program development, implementation, and continuous improvement. Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical capabilities. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy Minimum of 7+ years of leadership experience in OT or healthcare program management. Proven success in developing and implementing strategic programs and influencing organizational change. Current registration with OT regulatory college. About the Role
The Director of Professional Practice is a key leadership position responsible for developing and implementing the strategic vision for our OT program.
