Drive organizational change by leveraging data-driven insights to measure and influence positive outcomes. Strategic thinker with the ability to align operational goals with organizational strategy. Visionary leadership and a track record of inspiring high-performing teams. Expertise in program development, implementation, and continuous improvement. Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical capabilities. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy Minimum of 7+ years of leadership experience in OT or healthcare program management. Proven success in developing and implementing strategic programs and influencing organizational change. Current registration with OT regulatory college.
