Qualifications :
- Completion of a four-year Bachelors degree in Nutrition / Dietetics and an accredited dietetic internship program
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Dietitians of Ontario.
- Member of Dietitians of Canada an asset
- Minimum of 2 years clinical experience in an inpatient hospital setting
- Broad-based understanding of clinical nutrition needs across diverse patient populations primarily in GI and Cardiology
- Experience with developing and applying nutrition care plans for diverse patient populations
- Experience with Enteral and Parenteral nutrition support required
- Self-directed with strong critical thinking skills and ability to handle complex situations
- Strong problem-solving organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic and rapidly changing healthcare environment
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to advocate effectively on behalf of patients and the profession itself

- Demonstrates a caring respectful and professional approach
- The capacity to work cohesively as part of a collaborative team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Meditech Expanse (or comparable computer software programs)
Additional Information :
Hours : Monday to Friday 7.5 hour shifts (subject to change based on operational requirements)
Salary : $40.011 to $56.425 per hour
