Thorough understanding of the applicable Occupational Health & Safety legislations and regulations. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Exceptional communication skill both verbal and written. Dynamic mindset. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Willing to work flexible hours to accommodate customer needs. Ability to read auto cad drawings and plans.
The Roma Fence Group of Companies is seeking a Residential Site Supervisor to assist the Company’s fence installation / construction team.
The site supervisor is a key team member for the successful construction of a safe and high quality fence installation project. Projects will be mainly located in GTA and surrounding area; therefore, some travel is required.
Major Duties & Responsibilities :
- Assist to schedule projects in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines.
- Liaise with project coordinator and installation manager during the life of the project.
- Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations, quality control, etc.
- Monitor progress on sites – monthly and biweekly reporting.
- Collaborate and liaise with client – as intermediary between client and our team.
- ensure all necessary permits, licenses, and underground locates when required.
- Perform initial site inspection and routine site visits to monitor construction progress, schedule, and general compliance with contract and construction requirements.
- Work alongside Installation Manager and Sales Team.
- Maintain all drawing logs, correspondence of projects.
Required Qualifications :
