Flexible Casual / Part-Time Role
Wage : $65.84 per hour, plus km allowance for travel between clients (where applicable)
Location of Work : Brantford and surrounding Brant County areas

What you’ll be doing :
Provide comprehensive and specialized wound care for our clients to ensure they receive the highest quality health care they deserve in the comfort and safety of their homes
This position requires travel throughout Brantford and Brant County for client visits.
Visits will be between the hours of 9am and 9pm, with flexibility for evenings and weekends
This position utilizes a wide range of clinical skills, including but not limited to palliative, pediatric, wound care, intravenous therapy, and health teaching towards chronic disease prevention.
You will teach and delegate tasks and functions to various levels of staff and client family members while maintaining our industry’s highest level of practice.
You are the nursing care expert for your community. With our efficient work schedules, you will be more focused on care time and less travel time.

Job Qualification
Education :
RN level nurses who have graduated from an accredited School of Nursing and hold a current registration with the provincial licensing body.
Registered as a member and in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
Certification as Nurse Specialized in Wound Ostomy & Continence (NSWOC)
Must have a valid drivers license and a reliable vehicle
Current CPR certification required
Other Requirements :
Clear criminal background check (with vulnerable sector screening), negative TB test
Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and reliable vehicle
