Job description
Adecco is urgently hiring for 2 results-driven and client-focused Recruiters to support the growth and success of our client in North York (near 404/401 - free parking). This role is a full-cycle recruitment role for a high volume of certified and customer related talent across Ontario and New Brunswick from sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer, onboarding and more while driving exceptional candidate experiences.
  • Pay Rate: $23-25/hour
  • Location: North York, ON (Consumers Road area)
  • Shift: Monday to Friday | 9am - 5:00pm
  • Job type: Temporary | Full-time - 1 month with potential to extend
  • Vacancy Status: This posting is for an existing vacancy.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
  • Produce and manage job postings and recruiting sources using job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and selection criteria
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies, and recruitment best practices
  • Maintain accurate documentation and candidate records
  • Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives

Qualifications:
  • Ideally 1 year+ experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition (agency or in-house); open to candidates who have recruitment internships as well
  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Creative, persistent, patient, outgoing, able to work in a fast paced hiring environment
  • Solid understanding of employment legislation and hiring best practices
  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
