About Us
At BeWell Health Centres, we’re reimagining how care is delivered in Ontario - comprehensive, committed, and connected.
We believe in treating the whole person, not just the diagnosis. Our interdisciplinary team includes psychotherapists, social workers, psychiatrists, and psychologists working collaboratively to provide evidence-informed, deeply human care.
Here, you’ll find the resources and support to do your best work - and the freedom to shape your clinical practice in a way that feels authentic to you.
We’re growing - thoughtfully - and looking for clinicians who bring expertise, curiosity, and genuine care to their work.
Who You Are & What You'll Do
We are seeking a Psychiatrist to join our clinical team. The focus of this role will be on providing psychiatric care, medication management, and consultation for clients engaged in therapy and diagnostic assessment services.
The psychiatrist will conduct evaluations, establish diagnoses, and support ongoing treatment for clients who are concurrently participating in therapy or psychological testing within the practice. This position also involves collaboration with our therapists, assessors, and psychiatric nurse practitioners to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care.
This role can be remote or hybrid based out of any of our clinic locations.
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and diagnostic assessments for clients referred from therapy and psychological assessment services.
- Provide medication management and ongoing psychiatric follow-ups for therapy and diagnostic clients.
- Collaborate closely with therapists, assessors, and nurse practitioners to ensure continuity and alignment of treatment plans.
- Review and provide consultation on diagnostic cases and treatment progress.
- Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that integrate psychotherapy and pharmacotherapy as appropriate.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
- Participate in case conferences, team meetings, and professional development activities.
