Job Overview :
As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive assessments for clients facing mental health and addiction challenges. Your responsibilities will include managing treatment plans, offering guidance, and administering medications in accordance with all statutory and regulatory standards. Flexibility is essential, as this position requires you to work across various shifts, including days, nights, and weekends. Join us in making a difference in the lives of those we serve!
Qualifications :
- Graduate from an accredited Registered Nurse program with pharmacological training.
- Registered as a Registered Nurse in the province.
- Experience or a keen interest in mental health and addiction care is a plus.
- Current Basic CPR certification.
- Recent clinical experience, including medication administration and leadership responsibilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Capable of using proper body mechanics and performing heavy lifting safely.
- Familiarity with a team-based, person-centered care approach.
