Here’s what you’ll deliver:
Customer Handover and Orientation:
- Conduct detailed walkthroughs to explain vehicle features, safety systems, and in-car technology.
- Assist customers with setting up Bluetooth, infotainment systems, connected services, and apps.
- Documentation and Paperwork:
- Work closely with finance, licensing, and administrative departments.
Customer Experience:
- Provide a welcoming, stress-free delivery experience for all customers.
- Assist in coordinating customer shuttle service and test drives as available.
- Maintain ongoing communication and support for the customer base of previous sales consultants to ensure continuity and trust.
- Proactively manage relationships to encourage repeat business, referrals, and positive CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores.
Inventory and Vehicle Readiness:
- Track incoming vehicles and prepare delivery units in coordination with detailing and service teams.
Process Improvement and Product Knowledge
- Stay up to date with all vehicle models, trim levels, features, and software updates.
- Identify opportunities to streamline the delivery process and enhance the customer experience.
- Contribute ideas for improving efficiency, communication, and customer engagement.
What you need to succeed:
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- 1-3 Years of automotive sales experience is an asset
- OMVIC Certification is required.
- Dealer CRM system experience is an asset
- Must have a valid Ontario Driver's License and good driving record.
- Strong computer skills.
- Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability and willingness to be flexible under changing conditions.
- Ability to be creative and persuasive in negotiating.
- Ability to exhibit professionalism with a positive attitude under pressure.
- Well-spoken, friendly and articulate.
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
- May be required to work on Saturday as per business needs.

Job Type: Full Time - Permanent
Compensation (expected annual compensation): $40,000 - $50,000 per year (base salary plus monthly performance-based bonuses). This range includes a fixed base salary and eligibility for monthly bonuses tied to individual results and/or department performance, which may be influenced by business volumes. Actual bonus earnings vary based on performance.
