The Role

We are looking for a Payroll & HR and / or Accounting Administrator to join our head office team in Swift Current. This role is key to ensuring our employees are supported through accurate payroll, effective benefits administration, and smooth HR and accounting processes. It's an opportunity to contribute to a growing organization while working in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly Canadian payroll, including remittances and reconciliations
• Manage employee benefits programs and absence tracking
• Prepare annual T4s, WCB filings, and monthly payroll reports for management
• Maintain timekeeping systems for payroll and costing
• Support HR and accounting tasks as required
