Location : Remote (up to 60% Travel Required to Nuclear Generating Stations and Client Sites in Ontario)

Position Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Business Operation to lead Intech International. This role is pivotal in driving growth initiatives, ensuring operational excellence, and managing all aspects of the business division. The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to define and achieve business goals while fostering a safe and productive work environment.

Security Clearance :

This role requires the successful candidate to complete the security clearance process.  The security clearance process is conducted in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements of the Canadian Security Intelligence Service (CSIS) and the Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission (CNSC) and may take up to 12 months to complete.

The base salary range for this position in [[Ontario]]   at the start of employment is expected to be between $[[133,000]] and $[[184,000]] per year. However, the base salary offered is based on local job market factors and may vary further depending on factors specific to the selected job candidate, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to these considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, such as an annual cash incentive in addition to a full range of medical, retirement, and / or other benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided at such time the selected job candidate receives an offer of employment.
