Business Development  Lead client acquisition efforts and build strong relationships with decision-makers.Identify and pursue consultancy opportunities in IT, AI, and digital transformation.Establish strategic partnerships with vendors and industry associations to enhance service offerings.  3. Financial Oversight  Oversee budgeting and financial management, ensuring profitability and responsible spending.Monitor revenue streams and identify growth opportunities while managing costs.Direct investments in technology, infrastructure, and human capital to support business expansion.  4. Operational Management  Ensure timely and successful delivery of all projects, managing teams effectively.Maintain high standards of service delivery, meeting or exceeding client expectations.Optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.  5. Team Leadership and Culture  Recruit, mentor, and lead senior management, ensuring the right talent is in place.Foster a collaborative and performance-driven work environment.  6.
