Brigil est actuellement à la recherche d’un.e . agent.e expérience client à temps partiel pour sa communauté Apogée Dale.

Sous la supervision du Gestionnaire de communauté, l’agent.e expérience client assure le confort, le bien-être et la satisfaction des locataires en offrant un service exceptionnel et personnalisé. L’agent.e contribue à créer un environnement agréable et prestigieux, tout en maintenant les standards élevés des immeubles de la collection Apogée.

Profil

Responsibilities

  • Welcome residents and visitors at the reception, providing a warm, professional, and personalized first point of contact to strengthen resident satisfaction, trust, and sense of privilege.
  • Handle resident requests by offering prompt and courteous assistance to address their questions and needs.
  • Manage communications with residents, including emails, phone calls, and messages, to respond efficiently to their requests (such as parking inquiries), anticipate their needs, and ensure their comfort and peace of mind.
  • Monitor the building, its perimeter, and its facilities to identify any unusual situation, non-compliance, or risk, and promptly report these issues to protect resident well-being and maintain the building’s high standards both inside and outside.
  • Support exclusive resident events and activities in order to strengthen the sense of community and enhance the residential experience.
  • Coordinate and assist, in collaboration with the Community Manager, with move-in and move-out processes, ensuring a smooth transition that meets the building’s quality and service standards.
  • Receive, organize, and place packages in the designated lockers, while ensuring the efficient and secure management of the mail room.
  • Process rent payments and keep resident information up to date in the property management system.
  • Perform any other related duties to ensure the smooth operation of the building and provide residents with exceptional service.

Qualifications and skills required

  • Proficient in English (Bilingualism an asset)
  • Comfortable with basic computer tools, including Outlook, Microsoft Office, and a customer management system (CRM)
  • Experience in customer service, events, concierge services, or residential management (an asset)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of high-end customer service
  • Ability to manage communications and priorities effectively
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with the team

  • Responsabilités

  • Accueillir les locataires et visiteurs à la réception en offrant un premier contact chaleureux, professionnel et personnalisé, afin de renforcer la satisfaction, la confiance et le sentiment de privilège des locataires.
  • Traiter les demandes des locataires en offrant une assistance rapide et courtoise pour répondre à leurs questions et besoins.
  • Gérer les communications avec les locataires, incluant courriels, appels et messages, pour répondre efficacement à leurs demandes (par exemple une demande de stationnement), anticiper leurs besoins et garantir leur confort et tranquillité d’esprit.
  • Surveiller l’immeuble, son périmètre et ses installations afin d’identifier toute situation inhabituelle, non-conformité ou risque, et signaler rapidement ces éléments pour protéger le bien-être des locataires et maintenir les standards élevés de l’immeuble tant à l’intérieur qu’à l’extérieur de l’immeuble.
  • Apporter un appui aux événements et activités exclusives destinés aux locataires, afin de renforcer le sentiment de communauté et d’enrichir l’expérience résidentielle
  • Coordonner et superviser, en collaboration avec le gestionnaire de communauté, les processus d’emménagement et de déménagement afin d’assurer une transition fluide et conforme aux standards de qualité et de service de l’immeuble.
  • Recevoir, organiser et déposer les colis dans les casiers prévus, tout en veillant à la gestion efficace et sécuritaire de la salle de courrier
  • Recevoir les paiements de loyers et maintenir à jour les informations des locataires dans le système de gestion immobilière.
  • Exécuter toutes autres tâches connexes pour garantir le bon fonctionnement de l’immeuble et offrir un service irréprochable aux locataires.
  • Qualifications et compétences requises

  • Être à l’aise avec les outils informatiques de base, dont Outlook, Microsoft Office et un logiciel de gestion de client (CRM)
  • Excellente maitrise de l’anglais (bilinguisme est un atout)
  • Expérience en service à la clientèle, événementiel, conciergerie ou gestion résidentielle (un atout)
  • Excellentes qualités relationnelles et sens du service client haut de gamme
  • Capacité à gérer efficacement les communications et les priorités
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome tout en collaborant avec l’équipe
  • Aptitudes recherchées
