About you and the role

As a Bartender, you will play a key role in ensuring our guests receive outstanding service. You will be responsible for serving alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages in any of our three bars and ensuring that every guest leaves with a memorable experience. Your attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment to high standards will be essential in this role.

  • Welcomes and advises bar guests.
  • Takes responsibility for the organisation of the bar, manages bar stocks and supplies.
  • Charges guests for their drinks and accepts the corresponding payments.
  • Looks after guests billing and ensures they are charged to the guest rooms.
  • Cashes up at the end of shift.
  • Ensures that the bar and bar area are clean at all times and properly equipped.
  • Promotes upselling when possible.
  • Assists fellow colleagues both within and outside their normal department where possible to ensure operational and customer service requirements are achieved at all times.
  • Provides a happy and genuinely friendly service to guests at all times.
  • Monitors and anticipates guests needs, providing attentive and personalised service.
  • Collaborates with kitchen and Brasserie staff to ensure seamless and timely service.
  • Has great communication with all team members and guests alike.
  • Genuine desire to provide outstanding customer service.
  • Bar experience desirable.
  • Knowledge of PMS & EPOS systems desirable.
