Job description

Peter Lucas Project Management invests in people, community, and to provide gold standard project delivery. We are currently looking for an Information Management Administrator to join our team.

The Information Management Administrator is responsible for ensuring engineering, construction, and project documentation is managed accurately, securely, and efficiently throughout the project lifecycle. Working closely with project teams, Supply Chain, vendors, and construction personnel, you will support document control processes, maintain version control, and ensure project information is accessible, compliant, and well organized.

What You'll Do

  • Compile, review, and issue engineering and construction contract packages to Supply Chain, vendors, and project teams.
  • Coordinate internal and external document reviews using electronic document management tools.
  • Manage drawing approvals, sealing, and filing using electronic document management systems.
  • Maintain document control processes to ensure document security, version control, accessibility, and audit compliance.
  • Support engineering, procurement, and construction teams with information management activities.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and records throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Assist with implementing and improving document management processes and digital tools.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project documentation is issued, tracked, and maintained in accordance with project requirements.

Requirements

  • Certificate or diploma in Administration, Information Management, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • 5–8 years of experience in information management, document control, project administration, or a related role.
  • Experience using electronic document management systems or web-based file sharing platforms, including SharePoint or SAP.
  • Experience working with engineering teams, construction teams, Supply Chain, or external vendors.
  • Must be eligible to work in Canada.
  • Previous experience supporting engineering, construction, mining, or industrial projects is considered an asset.
