Job description
POSITION PROFILE:
The Marketing Administrator is responsible for supporting and executing digital marketing initiatives, social media strategy, and sales enablement efforts across the organization. The Marketing Administrator plays a key role in enhancing Culligan’s digital presence, supporting local market growth, and maintaining strong customer engagement.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and publish high quality organic content across Google, Facebook, Instagram, and additional social platforms, ensuring all visual and written assets align with brand standards and are consistently maintained across dealer locations.
  • Lead the planning, management, and execution of the internal social media content calendar, including monthly themes, promotional initiatives, and community focused campaigns.
  • Support digital operations through content scheduling, platform oversight, and performance monitoring to advance organizational engagement objectives.
  • Manage customer interactions across all social channels, providing timely, professional responses to inquiries and comments to uphold a positive online reputation.
  • Evaluate social media performance for organic and paid initiatives, delivering KPI driven insights and strategic recommendations to enhance engagement and conversion outcomes.
  • Prepare comprehensive reporting on digital campaign
Sales & Marketing Support:
  • Facilitate and host webinars for the sales team, serving as the primary resource for local social content planning, training, and best-practice guidance.
  • Ensure full compliance with Culligan brand guidelines across all marketing and communication materials.
  • Provide administrative support for local events, trade shows, and community partnerships, including logistics and administrative coordination.
  • Maintain an organized inventory of printed marketing assets to support sales initiatives and field needs.
  • Act as the central contact for sales literature development and ordering, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery.
  • Conduct market research to identify local sales opportunities and support lead-generation efforts.
  • Provide sales and marketing support for area Sales Managers, driving the sales of Culligan products and services.
  • Other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Foundational knowledge and proven experience of marketing principles, digital platforms, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce clear, concise, and brand aligned written content.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong design sensibility with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency across major social media platforms and familiarity with digital marketing best practices.
  • Experience or strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager for paid social campaigns is highly advantageous.
  • Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or comparable design tools is considered an asset.
  • Proven ability to adapt to shifting priorities, manage tight timelines, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated success collaborating with cross functional teams, including sales, service, and operations.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems; Salesforce experience is a significant advantage.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365, shared drives, and content management platforms.

  • Position is a hybrid role. Minimum 1 day per week in our Cambridge, ON Head office.
  • Travel to our branches across Canada on a ad hoc/as needed basis
  • Drivers license and ability to drive to our locations within Ontario
