Job descriptionProvide direct naturopathic patient care, including comprehensive evaluations, treatment plans, and ongoing follow-up Oversee clinical operations and ensure high‑quality standards of care Offer clinical guidance and leadership to medical staff and multidisciplinary team members Collaborate with team members for integrated treatment planning Contribute to business development, practice growth, and community outreach initiatives Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, clinic policies, medical ethics, and safety Support staff development through mentoring, training, and case consultation Licensed Naturopathic Physician (ND) in Washington State (or eligible) - priority given to dual‑licensed ND, LAc providers 5+ years of clinical experience in naturopathic / functional medicine preferred Previous leadership, supervisory, or medical director experience strongly preferred Expertise in integrative, holistic, and evidence‑based care Strong communication and collaboration skills with both patients and team members Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive, and growth‑oriented clinical culture
