In this Human Resources Administrator role, you will handle a variety of essential tasks, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, and personnel file maintenance. This position requires a professional who is highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced human resources environment. Whether you are coordinating interviews or assisting with the administration of employee inquiries, your contributions will be vital to the smooth operation of the department and the overall employee experience.

Responsibilities
- Support the full-cycle recruitment process, including posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews for the human resources team.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all documentation and system entries are completed accurately and on time.
- Maintain and update digital and physical employee records, ensuring 100% compliance with privacy regulations and human resources standards.
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits and leaves of absence, acting as a reliable point of contact for staff inquiries.
- Prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters, and other essential human resources correspondence.
- Assist with the coordination of employee engagement events and internal communications to foster a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of prior experience as a Human Resources Administrator or pertinent human resources support role.
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is an asset.
- Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills.
- Responsible for navigating confidential and sensitive with discretion.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems (HRIS, Payworks, ADP or similar).
