Position Summary :
Actively participate in revenue and market share growth of Hanwha Vision America security products in an assigned geography. Develop total product sales growth within the selected National System Integrators across Canada. Own and manage relationships with all top revenue producing customers. Coordinate and communicate with other internal and external team members to ensure maximum growth, working closely and in relation with Sales Director
Major Functions / Accountabilities :
Build and implement action plans to effectively and efficiently execute on company strategy.
Focus on signing up and managing NSIs at the corporate level and creating and developing a relationship and training their sales team
Use product knowledge to coordinate nationally branch product training of NSI locations
Develop key competencies as required to maximize success.
Participate in clear communication with Director of Sales. Ensure connectivity with business imperatives.
Develop strategic clarity and a clear understanding of assigned role, expectations, and performance.
Maintain an extensive knowledge of NSIs, opportunities, markets and competition.
Build and maintain aggressive account growth plans of top customers in assigned geography and execute those plans.
Execute on internal business deliverables within the appropriate timeframe.
Provide strategic and market feedback to the business.
Build and execute on plans to support customer and market training needs.
Support and execute on the account plans for National Accounts
Manage relationship with product management at assigned accounts
Develop and execute product launch plans within assigned accounts
Train sales teams on Hanwha Vision America value proposition, products and programs
Travel up to 50%
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Other Requirements :
5-10 years of Product Sales Experience
4 year college degree
Strong interpersonal written / verbal communication, organizational and leadership skills
Ability to interface and influence at all levels in the organization
Proven analytical and problem resolution skills
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
Strong attention to detail
Proactive and high energy
