Job description

National Account Manager

You will play a pivotal role in managing and expanding relationships with distribution partners and DSOs across Canada. Our client is a leading manufacturer of cutting-edge digital dentistry equipment and CAD / CAM solutions looking for someone has a proven track record in dental sales, deep expertise in digital dental workflows, and strong connections within the industry.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key distribution partners and DSOs to drive sales and market expansion.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the digital dentistry space and implement strategic initiatives to capitalize on them.
  • Provide expert guidance on digital dental workflows, ensuring partners and clients maximize the value of the company’s technology.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to optimize profitability and long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment between sales strategies and market needs.
  • Conduct product training, demonstrations, and support for distribution teams and key accounts.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform business strategies.
  • Travel as required to meet with partners, attend industry events, and represent the company at conferences.

Qualifications & Experience :

  • Minimum 5+ years of sales experience in the dental industry, with a strong focus on digital dentistry and CAD / CAM solutions.
  • Established relationships with Canadian DSOs and dental distribution partners.
  • Strong knowledge of digital dental workflows, including scanning, milling, and 3D printing technologies.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to travel within Canada as required.
