Temporary Full-Time (Immediate Start – Through Labour Day 2026) Experienced Nanny / Housekeeper Wanted – Port Elmsley We are a warm, respectful family in Port Elmsley ON seeking an experienced, reliable nanny/housekeeper to support our household. About our family: -Boy/girl twins, 14 months old -One older child, 3.5 years old, who attends daycare Tuesday–Friday and will be starting school in September -Mom manages chronic, severe migraines and is home on maternity leave; Dad primarily works from home with occasional travel (2–4 days per month) -Two friendly dogs and two cats The role -25–40 hours per week, primarily Monday–Friday (some weekends for dates) -Start date: immediately -Primary responsibility is caring for our twins during the day -Additional responsibilities include: Laundry (whole family) General housekeeping and tidying (kitchen resets, vacuuming/mopping floors, bathrooms, organization) -Occasional involvement with our older child when he is home (before daycare, PD days, illness, etc.) -Twins will begin daycare in September; this role is expected to run from now through Labour Day 2026 -Opportunity for occasional part-time work after the twins start daycare, if mutually desired What we’re looking for: -A safe, nurturing caregiver who enjoys providing enriched learning opportunities and daily outdoor time (we aim for little screen time) -Experience with toddlers preferred -Comfortable in a home with pets -Reliable, patient, and confident managing routines independently -CPR/First Aid an asset -Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required (due to location) What we offer -$20–25/hour, depending on experience -Predictable schedule with flexibility discussed in advance -Supportive, communicative, easygoing parents If this sounds like a good fit, please reach out with a brief introduction, your experience, and availability.
