The Heavy Equipment TechnicianForeman contributes to the overall organization by maintaining, inspecting, and repairing the fleet of heavy-duty and support equipment for The Hall Group of Companies.The role primarily involves close interactions with the maintenance team to ensure optimal machine health and availability.

Your day-to-day will look like :

• Daily work duties will mainly be split between scheduling staff and oversight of a team working on repair of equipment.
• Repair, maintain, and inspect a variety of equipment.
• Document all repair actions through service reports andtimecards, ensuring precision in coding.
• Manage equipment breakdowns in alignment with operational priorities.
• Coordinate with the Field Superintendent to ensure timely servicing of all machinery.
• Collaborate effectively across the maintenance team.
• Participate in product and safety training as required.
• Adhere to all company and division-specific safety policies and procedures including; Completing Daily PSAs, Machine lockout procedures, Live machine testing, and wearing of proper PPE.
• Mentor apprentice Heavy Duty Mechanics.
• Contribute to the overall success of the maintenance team.
