Reporting to the SVP Digital Transformation, the Director, Digital Transformation will effectively lead the implementation of strategic digital initiatives. In conjunction with Business Units and Supply Chain leadership, IT and Digital Transformation team, they will drive the evolution of the Digital strategy by identifying, assessing, designing, and implementing new ideas, systems, and processes that improve customer service, reduce costs and accelerate sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end digital transformation projects, focused on evaluating current state, identifying opportunities and creating transformation business cases, including the supporting technologies.
- Oversight of the Global End‑to‑End Supply Chain Processes and champion the process to define the future state goals, strategy and roadmap.
- Lead and Project Manage cross‑functional stakeholders to achieve objectives in delivering new technology and flow processes.
- Lead and influence cross‑functional partners to problem‑solve, achieve objectives and timelines.
- Lead a team of project managers, data analysts, and industrial engineers on continuous process improvement transformation.
- Plan and execute change management and training of key supply‑chain initiatives.
- Establish global experts for best practices and execution.
- Through research, continuously educate stakeholders and teams on new technology, trends, and innovation within the operations and supply‑chain field.
- Help drive operational excellence by supporting the design and creation of data visualizations.
- Empower the team and drive innovation, accuracy, and consistency into supply‑chain reporting.
