Your Role :

We are currently looking for a Mechanical Designer for our Pickering, ON office. A mechanical designer provides direct support to the Mechanical Engineering Department in executing projects within the Nuclear industry. Candidates will create 3D models and design drawings working closely with design engineers. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge and skills required. Responsibilities :

• Develop 3D models of mechanical systems (process piping, plumbing, HVAC) in both green field applications and brown field applications (implementing within a point cloud scan)
• Prepare design drawings in accordance with company and client standards
• Actively work at improving drafting skills and increasing knowledge of mechanical design.
