At SMS Equipment, the right partnership makes everything possible. We’re looking for a Service Supervisor to join our team in Williams Lake, BC . This full-time role offers a salary of $115,000 – $120,000 annually , plus incentive opportunities and eligibility for overtime. You’ll also receive comprehensive benefits and be part of a safety-focused organization that values leadership, operational excellence, and employee development.

Your Role
As a Service Supervisor, you’ll oversee shop and field technicians working on heavy equipment repairs, maintenance, and welding. Key responsibilities include :
- Scheduling technicians and assigning daily work scopes, including welding and field service
- Leading safety practices through toolbox talks, mentorship, and daily reinforcement
- Communicating with customers to coordinate work, provide updates, and confirm expectations
- Preparing and reviewing repair quotes and ensuring accurate, timely work order completion
- Inspecting work in progress and final outcomes to meet quality, safety, and warranty standards
- Working closely with parts, warranty, and admin teams to support efficient job flow
