Paralegal in Notarial Law | North Shore

You'll be working with a notary who's passionate about his work, on corporate and real estate files. Moreover, you'll be involved in major transactions and contribute fully to the firm's success.

YOUR ROLE :
You will work very closely with a notary and will be involved in a variety of files, mainly in real estate and corporate law :
Your main responsibilities will include the following :
- Draft mortgage deeds, deeds of sale and other legal documents required for real estate and corporate transactions;
- Prepare authentic copies and essential legal documents;
- Communicate professionally and proactively with clients and financial institutions to ensure transparent and efficient follow-up of ongoing files;
- Ensure complete administrative follow-up of files from opening to archiving, ensuring that all details are documented as required.
